Sold a home in 2012.
We could not have been more pleased with having Marianna as our realtor. We bought a new house and sold our old house in no time with her. Everything ran smoothly and she was there with us every step of the way. Would definitely recommend choosing Marianna as your realtor!

My husband and I worked with Marianna Geyer for several months to find and close on our new home. She was professional yet personable. She had wonderful communication skills and we really believe our process was a painless one due to her knowledge and experience. We will be using her again!

Bought a home in 2012.
Marianna worked very hard with us on several homes. We found her to be professional and courteous at all times. We would highly recommend Marianna to all of our friends and relatives. After four months of searching, we found our dream home. She always answered every call and contacted all the professional people we needed including banks, inspectors and utility companies. Would recommend her for future needs.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Hickory, NC.
This agent is slow to return phone calls. She also rushed to get off the phone when we did speak. I had to firmly suggest that she have an open house for my property at which she provided nothing and I was later told she was cold and unfriendly to guests. Gave up on her after months of no movement. She simply did not seem to care.

Reviews are very impotant to me. I am so disappointed that this review was written. I only had the best of intentions for this customer as well as for all of my customers. The house was only on the market for 84 days in 2011. I received word from this seller that she had decided to rent it. As we all know, the market was slow this past year. I did an open house at the customer's request. Only 1 person came. She was a neighbor that identified herself as being a neighbor. She told me that she just wanted to compare floorplans. I pride myself in my work and appreciate all feedback. I sure wish that I could have helped this client more. Please keep in mind that all of my clients receive the best possible internet marketing available in our area. I am passionate about real estate. It's unfortunate that I was not given enough time to make this a successful experience for her.

I interviewed three agents before signing with Marianna. She was very helpful explaining her reasons for suggested listing price, providing contact information to resources to "stage" my home for best presentation, and was available any time I called or e-mailed her. She posted very nice pictures of my home on her web pages and showed my home the first week it was listed. After an open house where Marianna provided food and drinks for visitors we had our first offer to purchase. Marianna was very supportive during the price negotiations and the sale price was very close to our asking price. We listed and sold our home in NC in less than four months. I really loved my home and hated leaving it. Marianna helped make the whole process a more positive experience than I expected it might be.

I have met Marianna Geyer of Hickory Prudential Real Estate in 2010 and have been working with her since. I had listed one of my investment-property with Marianna in the Winter of 2010 and she had it sold not long after. She’s not only having the knowledge and experience in the real estate industry, but she’s also an ethical and pleasant person to work with. I would recommend everyone that I know to work with her.

This was my first experience in using a realtor and Marianna made the experience wonderful for me. She was always prompt to respond to any questions or problems that arose. She treated me with courtesy and respect and I never felt that it was an imposition when I had to call or email her. She always went to bat and smoothed the way. I would definitely recommend Marianna to anyone who is in the market looking to purchase a home.
