Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Hopatcong, NJ.
Marie listed our property for us. She advised us of a realistic listing price and was able to tell us what we could expect to actually sell the property for. She is a seasoned, knowledgeable agent, and she will also be honest with you and not just tell you what you want to hear.
We have a contract on our house. Marie is helping us through the process of attorney review, inspections, commitment and the closing. She has provided us with several names of attorneys to represent us for the sale of our home.
While our house was on the market, Marie has shown our house, had an open house, advertised, notified us of all showings and provided us with feedback. We cannot say enough about how happy we are with Marie Meola as our listing agent.

Marie listened to us and to what we were looking for. We used another realtor before Marie and went looking 4 times for homes and could not find one. I have worked with Marie many times over the years buying, selling and renting out my property. Marie is fantastic, she goes out of her way, she is 100% honest. When purchasing a property, she looks for what you want and can afford. When selling a property she honestly tells you what you need to get the most out of the sale, she puts forth her best and she gets the house sold. She is an Angel to have put up with me. She listens to your needs, and she is genuine. I highly reccommend Marie as an agent, and I have used her services many times.
