Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Stroudsburg, PA.
I had never purchased a home before, let alone a foreclosure and all of the extra hassle that comes with it, and on top of it, I have an extremely busy work schedule that includes business travel. Marie was wonderful throughout the process, always contacting me to let let me know when some new development required my attention or to get my input on things that needed to be done. She even had to help me with some issues that arose with the home inspection from her vacation, but that was no problem for her! Marie also played a big role in my decision making process on which home to choose as she has extensive experience in the local area where I purchased (Cherry Valley) and has purchased or looked to purchase homes in the surrounding area herself.
