Showed home in 2013 in Oriole Beach, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563.
Marie is an excellent realtor. I only wish I would have been able to purchase. Since I was not able to complete the process, I cannot rate Marie on her Negotiation skills. However I do not see any reason to think that she would not be exceptional on that as well.

Marie is an excellent agent. She will find a house for you. She sent me listings based upon my description of what I needed. We found the perfect fit, after viewing many houses, but the listing agent said it was off the market. She went to bat for me and I bought the house. I lived 500 hundred miles from the house I wanted to buy. marie was the only realator who was willing to help me.She worked many long hours to make sure I was informed about every detail. Thanks Marie
