I have 12+ years of continuous and successful sales experience. I started my career in real estate in 2005 on the finance side and so bring much experience in this area. I was a top producing agent at my last real estate firm and am ranked at the top of my company currently. In 2011, 2012, & 2013 I achieved production levels that allowed me to enter the RE/MAX International 100% club each year. I closed18 transactions in the last 12 months. I was 82nd of 5,200 RE/MAX agents for the California/Hawaii region in 2014.

It is not only myself supporting my clients in their real estate goals, but also my team.. In addition to my real estate team I have numerous connections to professionals whether it be a general contractor, home inspector, landscaper, 1031 facilitator, CPA, attorney, or a stager I have professionals who help my clients realize their goals. 

I am strong believer in continuing education and have numerous professional designations. I hold the Graduate Realtor designation, this is the most intensive and comprehensive of the courses held by the National Association of Realtors and teaches all aspects of real estate, from marketing and negotiating, to risk management. I have my Accredited Buyers Representative designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors. These first two designations have large networking groups associated with them, that I am apart of and which allows me to market and locate homes more successfully. I hold the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation, this designation is given after finishing a comprehensive course in matters effecting seniors in the purchase and sale of properties, also awarded by NAR. I also am endorsed by the Charfen Institute as a Certified Distressed Property Expert this last certification is earned once an intensive course in all aspects of distressed property sales is completed. The course covers the particulars concerning both sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of distressed properties. 

I love to volunteer as I love my job, both of which are service oriented. I volunteered at the Marin Humane Society 2004-2007 and the Children's Village of Sonoma 2005-2008. My kids took up all my time between 2008-2010 but starting 2011 I was able to resume volunteering again. I am an active volunteer at Dixie School and have been since 2011. I am also an active board member for the Mont Marin/San Rafael Park neighborhood association and volunteer my time here as well. And lastly I am a Dixie Youth Soccer Association coach.

I am a Bay Area native and have lived in Marin over twelve years now. I currently live in San Rafael with my wife and two children.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $650K in Novato, CA.

David is a professional realtor through and through. He knows the market in Marin and the surrounding communities. He provided us fantastic service both times we asked him to be our realtor. He is patient, honest, responsive and reliable. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2014 in San Rafael, CA.

Well I have to say he jumps in and makes things happen. Steps I thought would take a couple of days happened overnight to set up the sale that took just 4 days to get a full price offer. My only reservation as a seller is to think that David and I underpriced the listing at the onset, a fault I equally share. David is unbelievably responsive to phone and email notes. He is a detail kind of guy who eats forms and regulations for breakfast...actually a good thing in the long haul as you really need to get things right. If you want an efficient RE guy David is the guy.  More Less

Two most recent sales exact model matches sold for $181,000 on July 28th 2014 and $202,000 on March 5th 2014 I actually sold his property on August 6, 2014 for $210,000 $5,000 over list price, all cash, 10 day close, and no inspection contingencies. I did this with no comparable sales supporting such a high price. Good negotiating!!
