Sold a home in 2011.
The Mario Greco Group helped us out of tight situation with our rental properties as the recession descended in full force. Their advice, communication, follow-up and follow-through were all perfect making this the easiest process we could have experienced.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $775K in Libertyville, IL.
The Mario Greco Group is in a league of their own. Several years ago Mario was helpful to us when we were in a bad situation with another agent in the city and even though he didn't sell our condo for us we knew we'd use him for our next real estate transaction. Luckily, since then he has expanded into the suburbs by adding Lehigh Cohen to the group. We wanted to sell our house in Libertyville quickly without taking too big of a bath and Lehigh talked to us about pricing it to sell in 60 days (using comps and his experience, etc.). We agreed on a price and the house sold in 6 weeks! Lehigh, Mario and the whole Mario Greco Group are extremely responsive (Lehigh talked me off the ledge a couple times leading up to closing) and we definitely got the feeling that Lehigh was trying to get us as much money as possible.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $900K in Roscoe Village, Chicago, IL.
I was looking for an agent that could sell my home quickly. I had previously had my home on the market, with a different agent, for 7 months, too many showings to count, and no offers. Mr. Greco came out to my home and took stock of what he saw. He suggested I have it staged. He also told me what he would probably list it at. Additionally, Mr. Greco brought books of comparables, letters of reference, and a plan of exactly how he would market my home. I listed my home with him. Prior to it even going on the market, Mr. Greco said he already had a showing scheduled. Bottom line: 1 showing and an offer 12 hours after my house went on the market. Mr. Greco did an outstanding job of negotiating the price and it was 98% of what I was asking. I would use him again in a heartbeat.
