MJS, This is what a representative from Zillow told me:I sent your email on to others that deal on the technical side. But the ultimate fix to the problem should be solved when Cook County sells us their data files on all the houses in Chicago. They told me that this would be available the week after the 4th, but it isn't ready yet. I am staying on top of them the best I can to get this data. That's a very good question Michael! We've listed this home as a condo, but yet it still states that it's a single family home. And I would imagine this is frustrating for you as you are only interested in viewing single family houses. It may very well be a glich in Zillow's program. I have a Zillow rep I can contact!
