You truly get full-service from Stan and Marisa. From start to finish they helped and educated me along the way. They were great with online marketing, photos, a video slideshow, and provided advice for staging as well. They were also very responsive to my emails and text messages day or night and even answered while they were on vacation. They held open houses multiple times, were forthright with me, and handled challenging offers as professionals taking the high road in the negotiations. Firstly, if I could give 10/5 rating, I would.

The first sales meeting - Marisa showed up on time. She was prepared documentation of surrounding area homes for sale and deep knowledge of the Sammamish market in general. I met with two other agents. Both were over “salsey” for my taste. Marisa is friendly but not chatty. She is brief. She is on point. She gives you her full attention despite the fact that her phone is buzzing and beeping constantly.

Home prep - I spent an entire month project managing the various contractors required to get my home ready for final sale. Marisa was there every step of the way. She has a good network of painters, contractors, whatever you need. She actively participates in your work plan. She will make sure you don’t miss anything. Example: “Hey, make sure to get your furnace inspected.”

Honesty & Integrity - I cannot say enough about this team. We had a very difficult selling environment. My buyers were first timers and the selling agent literally disappeared the moment he got a “yes.” Marisa and her team keep the sell moving and vigorously monitored all aspects of the process. She will not tolerate games on the buyer agent side. She is your sincere advocate.

Responsiveness - Marisa sent me daily text messages updating me even when there was no real update. I don’t think I ever went more than 5 minutes without a response to an inquiry throughout the entire process.

Local Knowledge - Marisa is very well informed with deep knowledge of the market, agents, and has a trusted network of contractors.

Negotiation - In a word, fierce. She is not just trying to flip your house for a commission. She is there to advocate for you and get you the best possible terms for your home.

Process Expertise - I appreciate fluid processes. Selling a home has many moving parts. Marisa and Stan have taken the time to automate many of the paper pushing aspects of the home selling process. Marisa understands every detail and is happy to answer any questions you have.

My family and I were very glad we have Cascade’s Real Estate Agent, Lily Lee, as our real estate agent. Not only that she is very friendly, but I have to say that she is wonderfully helpful! Two experience highlights about her; first, when my family and I were thousands of miles away from U.S. for four months, we had been updated with the latest available properties, and she replied our inquiries back promptly, although there were fourteen hours time difference. Another wonderful thing about her is that, although we had closed the deal and bought the house, she kept up with us, asking if there are any problems with the house, and will quickly try to get the problems done; in short word, she is very diligent in her work! I also admire her patience and service; most agents usually “ditch” customers who are picky and been uncertain with buying a house, but Lily kept helping us professionally. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who is planning or having problems buying real estate properties.  More Less
