Bought a home in 2009.
First, I would like to say that I have bought several houses throughout my life, and have spoken and worked with MANY realtors. Marita is by far the best realtor I have ever worked with. She treats you as she would want to be treated.
Her professionalism and expertise are second-to-none! She had the knowledge and persistence to close a deal on the house that my fiance and I had been wanting for months. We had been working with someone else when I just happened to get Marita on the phone. I was inquiring about a property that wasn't even her listing. She spent over half an hour on the phone with me. She gave me advice and looked up other listings that we might be interested in.
When I found out that the property we wanted was back on the market I immediately called Marita. There were many twists and turns in the deal, but she never gave up (and kept us motivated at the same time). I truly believe that we would never have gotten the home we wanted if it hadn't been for Marita! She is on of a kind.
I have told everyone that will listen that Marita Topmiller is the ultimate realtor, and if you are reading this now, I am telling you too. Give Marita a call and you will see first-hand what I'm talking about.

As a Senior Loan Officer with 20 years experience, I have worked with hundreds of agents. From the nice voice message on her phone all the way through a closing on a home, her calm, professional, and knowlegable demeanor make purchasing a home a fun and memorable experience. She found my home for me and it was PERFECT!

Our experience was excellent. We were very pleased with the personal touch and she knew what we were looking for and directed us to houses and subs that were in the location that we were targeting.

Sold a home in 2006.
Marita Topmiller is the most outstanding real estate agent with which I have had the pleasure of working. I hired Marita for three different transactions; two where I was the buyer and one where I was the seller. She is a very thorough, detail-oriented professional who works smart to put her client in the best position possible. Even after the closing, Marita was ready to defend me from a litigious buyer. She put herself on the line, went to bat for me and in the end, she prevailed. If you are a first time homebuyer, I recommend hiring Marita to represent you in your first foray into homeownership. She will guide you, share her expertise, and make sure you don’t get burned. If you are an investor, I recommend hiring Marita due to her in depth knowledge of the market and sage advice when deciding which properties to purchase. If you are in the market for a home, you will not find a better, more dedicated agent to assist you. I rarely make recommendations; however, I heartily endorse this fine agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Indianapolis, IN.
We bought our first home with Marita and were very pleased with the service we recieved. Marita was knowledgable and worked extremely hard to find the perfect home for us at a price we could afford. She was also able to give estimates of monthly payments on each home she showed us. Marita was very pleasant to work with overall. She has a wonderful personality and listened to our wants and needs. Marita based the kinds of houses she showed us on the things we told her about ourselves and what we wanted in a home. I would, and do, recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Marita is THE best agent I have worked with.
I have purchased many homes in different states, and there is no one whom can 'compare', (even 4 a moment) to how Marita treats her clients.
Sha makes you feel as if you are the most important person, she is punctual, and her Dad was the number one Realator here in Indianapolis, while she was growning up….
She must have got her training thru him, but I doubt she got the personality, because she is warm, friendly, non-intrusive professionable, and knowledgeable.
