Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Studio City, North Hollywood, CA.
Marko and his real estate partner Jason Squire did a fantastic job listing and selling my home in Los Angeles. As soon as I hired them, they made an immediate visit to my home and recommended I get some key renovations done. They already had a great contractor who could do the work. The renovations took less than three weeks and the place was transformed. The work was successfully kept under budget.
Just two days after listing the property, we had multiple offers above listing price.
Just a week after listing the property, we accepted an offer with a solid backup offer on the side.
Within a month, we had a closed deal. Happy buyer. Happy seller.
