Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Studio City, Studio City, CA.
Marko is an amazing real estate agent. He's got people skills, knows how to show properties, moves properties quick and always in touch with his clients. He sold my condo in no time after some incredible staging he did all on his own. I was very impressed at how much time and effort he took to make sure my condo sold before the new year. He said he would sell it and he did within 6 weeks of the listing. I thank him for all his efforts at making me happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell. He's got it! Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Studio City, North Hollywood, CA.
Marko and his real estate partner Jason Squire did a fantastic job listing and selling my home in Los Angeles. As soon as I hired them, they made an immediate visit to my home and recommended I get some key renovations done. They already had a great contractor who could do the work. The renovations took less than three weeks and the place was transformed. The work was successfully kept under budget.
Just two days after listing the property, we had multiple offers above listing price.
Just a week after listing the property, we accepted an offer with a solid backup offer on the side.
Within a month, we had a closed deal. Happy buyer. Happy seller.
These guys handled the negotiations masterfully and stayed on top of the escrow process like the seasoned professionals they are. These guys really know the Los Angeles area real estate market.
