Mark was comforting and very clear in his explanations and instructions when helping me close on my home. I felt he knew his job very well and very loyal in taking great care of me. Mark's email responses and phone calls were very prompt and I still feel even after the fact he's always available if I have any questions. Mark help me to refinance my house. Everything went smooth and quick. He respond quick to all my phone calls and e-mails. despite of the fact that my situation was very complicated we closed our loan in short time.
