I have been assisting home buyers and homeowners since 1993. I am a graduate of Walsh College, majoring in Finance. With 21 years originating loans, I am well equipped to walk my clients through the mortgage maze. And the current environment has turned into quite a maze.
As a mortgage planner, I operate a bit differently than my fellow mortgage originators. It is my goal that my clients understand all aspects of the mortgage process, are shown all possible options available, and feel completely comfortable by the time they get to the closing table. Using state of the art analysis software, I compare the available options, showing not only monthly payments, and closing costs, but the longer term costs of each program. By structuring the mortgage correctly, my clients are better able to reach their future financial goals.
I also am very aware that when I am referred a client by another professional or past client, how I treat the referred client is a direct reflection on the person who did the referring.
