Helped me rent a home.
Mark has always provided exceptional service and is very knowledgeable in his service areas. My employer was relocating me to their Phoenix office from out of state and Mark helped us find a great place to rent in an excellent neighborhood. We will most definitely go to Mark when we are ready to buy a home.

Bought a home in 2012.
I found Mark after much research on the internet. I was looking for an agent that knew the Fountain Hills market and lived in Fountain Hills. I'm not an easy client! I was looking for Location and Value. As a long time resident of Fountain Hills Mark not only found our dream home but also provided me with the information to make informed decisions on contractors to remodel our home. It took almost 2 years to complete the transaction and Mark stood by us the whole way. A dedicated Fountain Hills Real Estate Agent that loves his town as much as working with fussy buyers.

Listed, but didn't sell my Apartment home in 2010 in Fountain Hills, AZ.
Mark was always helpful and encouraging. He always tried to get the best result for me where my property was concerned. He responded right away to any questions I had and searched for answers he may not know. He would go out of his way to come to me if I could not get to his office to submit documents or complete paperwork. He is an agent I can count on.
