I have earned a Bachelor's Degree and a Master's Degree in Accounting (GCU), and from 2009-2010, I was an intern stock broker for UBS Financial Services and I've been running my own property development company, Red Rock Development, LLC since April 2010, and a property preservation company, Property Works LLC since August of 2013. My next goal is to earn my CPA while I advance and continue to grow my real estate career. As you can see, I've gained a wide variety of valuable experience from a variety of jobs and my education has prepared me to run my own businesses and I believe this has molded me into an excellent, full-service real estate agent ready to go to work for you.
Currently, I have been working full-time for DPR Realty, LLC. since August 2010. I work primarily in the southeast portion of Maricopa County specializing in Residential Properties; whether New Builds, Bank Owned/REO's, Short Sales or normal properties. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) as well as the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of REALTORS®. So Why call Mark Hardy?
There is a simple explanation why you should call me - so I can throw "P-I-E" at you! In all seriousness, I actually refer to this silly acronym as my 3 Pillars of a successful real estate transaction:
- "P" stands for Precondition. Not everyone knows everything about real estate. I recall when I was buying my first home not to long ago, and I had a lot of questions myself on how a real estate transaction should proceed (the process of an escrow). Answering your questions, resolving your concerns and setting the expectations so the escrow will close smoothly. From the time you come into my life as a client to the time the deal is closed, I'll be there to "precondition" or "prepare" you for what will follow. (whether you are buying or selling)
- "I" stands for Inform. You know as soon as I know. I keep an eye on the contract time frames and handle all necessary communications with all parties involved. Most real estate transaction issues can usually be resolved with ongoing timely communications and updates. I strive to deliver the best customer service to my clients by returning calls quickly, getting answers to your questions and seeing the transaction to the end. My mantra has always been: "Why would I deliver anything less than what I would expect myself?"
- "E" stands for Educate. Real estate can be fun, intriguing, rewarding and even lucrative. However, with each deal comes a new set of "players", a new set of terms, and a completely different set of liabilities. Having the right agent on your side and on your team is the difference of whether you will win or lose with real estate. I will educate you, I will not withhold any knowledge, experiences or lessons that I have learned with you - EVER!
