Bought a home in 2015.

I blindly contacted Mark as he was the listing agent on a home we saw on Zillow. We were renting a home in Carlsbad and our landlord gave us a 45 day notice as he and his family were moving back into their home. Needless to say, we were in a bit of a panic as we wanted to buy vs renting again so we started our search on Zillow. Talk about blind luck! Mark was not only knowledgable about the area but he listened to our needs, understood our sense of urgency and immediately had an inventory of homes for us to see the same day we contacted him! Most impressive was his responsiveness. Questions were immediately responded to and we always knew where we were in the process of buying our home. Lastly, and most importantly, Mark created a sense of trust with us and we knew we had the right person that had our best interests at heart. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $450K in Vista, CA.

I met Mark through my membership at Shadowridge Country Club. I'd known him for about two years when I decided to sell a rental property I owned in Vista, CA. I told Mark of my plan and he pointed out a flaw or two in my plan to sell that property.

After talking it over and Mark doing market research, he came to my rental property and looked it over. He made several suggestions to get the house ready for sale. The list was extensive and a little outside my budget. Mark, my contractor and I selected the things that would get the most return for the money spent.

The day after I had my offer on a replacement rental property accepted, Mark sold my house...at full price. I can't say enough good things about Mark. He's knowledgeable, courteous and communicative.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Oceanside, CA.

We can't write a high enough recommendation for Mark Hoadley. While considering selling our home, Mr. Hoadley came over to advise us on our value, options, etc. He spent over two hours in our home pouring over data and helping us make a decision that was best for us...not him. He advised us to stay in our house because of the great financing we currently had on the house and for excellent long term investment purposes. He truly cares about his clients, and it shows with the time and detail he puts into his work Amazing agent!!!!  More Less
