Depending on your area, properties are selling, but taking longer to do so. Has your agent given you a property comparison of your area including average days on the market? If not, you should get one!! If the properties are moving relatively well in your area and If you haven't received 1 call in a month, then the ONLY problem would almost definitely have to be the price you listed it at. If that is the case, you can do Open Houses until you're blue in the face and it won't matter.
