Mark was the listing realtor for land we purchased 12 years earily but it slipped our mind to call Mark when we decided to sell our house. While searching for a realtor to use, a friend told us about the excellent experience they had with Mark and that reminded us of our past dealing with Mark. While all the other homes in our area were on the market and not selling long before we came on the market, we were expecting to be in for a long ride and that would not be good because we had already purchased another home. Sold a home in 2007.Summary:
When I had trouble selling my home in 2007 a colleague told me about Mark. Her recommendation was so strong I could not believe it -- prices were falling, the market was chaotic and I was already on the market for almost a year. But Mark had sold their home and found them their next. He knows the market, how to price and he has great relationships with the real estate community of Hunterdon county. He found the buyer and I was able to move on. A good realtor is a great business person. They represent you and your best interests. Right now Mark is helping me find a new home.
