We hade been researching a home in Orlando for sometime.Once we contacted Mark, he was extremely patient with us as we moved through the process. He continually kept us up to date as new homes came on the market, especially in the specific areas we were considering. Whenever we had questions, Mark responded promptly and never put any "pressure" on us to make a hasty decision. Mark set up some e-mail notifications and private web-accessible links to the listings of possible properties, which was very helpful.
