Mark is an experienced realtor with a strong pulse of the local real estate market. He is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, responsive and incredibly patient. We looked at five possible areas to live in the greater Seattle area as we relocated from the east coast and Mark was amazingly generous with his time as we narrowed our search. We really appreciated that aspect of Mark as we never felt rushed to make a decision. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
Mark was awesome to work with! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. Since this was our first time buying a house, he explained everything and made the whole process easier. I would definitely recommend him to any looking to buy a house and next time we're in the market, we'll surely use Mark!

It would not be possible to find a more professional, reliable or caring realtor than Mark Linvill. Mark took the time to learn exactly what we were looking for, and then worked hard to schedule showings that fit our limited availability. He also incorporated tours of the surrounding neighborhoods, and took time for us to get the "feel" of each area.
Mark approaches every aspect of the process from the client's perspective. He starts every phone call with "Is this a good time or a bad time?" You immediately know that he is there to provide extraordinary service. His style is to let a buyer explore and discover what they like (or don't like) about a home, without trying to influence them toward his own views. But he always made sure that we understood each home's unique benefits or challenges.
Mark went the extra mile for us evey step of the way. We had difficulty obtaining pricing for some upgrades. He got them. We needed specific information about parking. He found it. We were not able to be in town for the inspection. He was there.
Mark managed a busy schedule, yet made us feel that we were his only client. I would enthusiastically recommend Mark to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Seattle area.…More Less
