Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Sauganash, Chicago, IL.Summary:
We began working with Mark in January 2011 after meeting him through a co-worker of mine. My wife and I thought our only options were a town home or a condo based on our budget, and began our search in Chicago. Mark treated us very well, drove us out to numerous listings during the week after work and on the weekends. He is was very patient with us and was a joy to talk to. He took the time to answer any questions that we had, and also told us things to think about that we never would have thought of. He always took the time to explain the home buying process, as this was our first time. After looking at several listings, we had asked about single family homes that were in our price range. Once we began to see what was available, we decided to pursue a single family home.
Communication was was top notch; Mark always called and emailed when he said he would, and even spent time in the late hours communicating with the sellers agents forwarding their responses to us. Mark went above and beyond his duties in helping us find our home. There were times during negotiating that were stressful, but Mark always advocated and fought for us. We recommend Mark for your real estate needs in Chicago, as you will have a great experience looking for your home as well as working with an awesome realtor!…More Less

Mark was amazingly helpful. He asked relevant, detailed questions, and emailed a long set of recommendations on those. From there, he responded to my comments, and honed the list even further, before spending a day, driving me around, and showing apartments.
When we found a place, he was an active advocate on my behalf with both the landlord and their representatives.
And on top of all of that....he's a good dude, with a great sense of humor!
I'm tremendously thankful to have had his help when while I was looking for a new apartment!…More Less
