In 2002 received my real estate sales license after being in outside sales for over 20 years. I worked with Olympic Funding on the financial side where I averaged 3-4 loans a month for my 1st year. In 2003 Olympic Funding changed to Diablo Valley Funding where I continued to do 4-5 loans a month.
In 2004 I left the financial side and entered the sales side and began working with ZIP realty where I averaged 2-3 deals a month.
2005 was when I moved to Remax opened my own office and began to develop my own team. Seeing the coming trend I developed a program for the distressed market. By doing work for Asset Management Companies and Bank REO departments I was well prepared for the default segment of the market when it happened.
Since 2005 I have worked with over 20 default servicing companies and have personally sold hundreds of distressed properties. I am positioned as one of the go to guys in my markets and deliver solid results. I personally handle all aspects of the assignments and have locksmiths, contractors, landscapers to help with both emergency and routine maintenance .
Currently I work with companies like Integrated Assets, Citibank, Goodman Dean, MDWebb Inc., HSBC, Chase and EMC to name a few and cover a wide market range. I always accessible and available to service all needs from emergencies to routine tasks including BPOs, occupancy checks, evictions, maintenance, liquidation, and any other needs an asset manager may have.
I cover northern California markets of Marin County, Sonoma County, Napa County, Solano County, Contra Costa County and Sacramento Counties.
