I bought a property from Mark in January of 2013. The house appeared to be sold with off street parking, one of the biggest reasons why my husband and I bought the property. Within a day of moving in issues started with the neighbors, we contacted Mark. He assured us that all was well, we had a deeded rightaway. Over the year we've been there, we had more altercations with the neighbors about the driveway we were told we had a deeded rightaway to. And each time we contacted Mark we were again reassured that all was well, keep doing what your doing. Until the day a letter came in the mail from our neighbor lawyer that should we use the driveway again we would be arrested, as the deed ran out. Mark finally contacted the listing agent, only to find that when they both checked the actual deed that it expired in the 1980s. Neither agent, listing or buying, checked the deed to the driveway to see if it was event still valid. It turns out it was not. And out of obligation, Mark made a poor attempt to fix the problem. In the end we were told they refused to fix the problem. It leaves us without the off street parking that we thought was included in our property. And at this point we always will be, unless we pony up more money and decide to create off street parking ourselves. I would never recommend Mark Mohn to anyone, as his neglience has cost me ever being able to resell my house and make a profit. My house will never make me a profit, my house will never have off street parking, my house will always be on a snow emergency route where I will have no place to park my car. The worst part was, my husband and I trusted him, this was our first house we ever purchased. And now I will be left with a very very bitter taste in my mouth. And the sting of being used, being lied to will always stick with me. Neglient.
We are in the process of purchasing a new home. We pulled Mark off of the Zillow website and we are so glad we did. He is very knowledgeable and lets you know the truth about houses. No pressure in buying and really takes his time explaining everything to us and showing us houses. We highly recommend using him!!!

Working with Mark was great! He assisted us with purchasing our house. He was very knowledgable and professional. He answered any question we had. He would return phone calls as soon as possible, usually right away. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Would definately recommend him to a friend and will call him again when needed.

Mark was very helpful with all his knowledge of realestate. He returned my calls and emails promptly and worked in the best of our interest. He responded very quickly on homes we wanted to see and it never bothered him with all my questions and impatience. He was very professional and knowlegable of things we should be looking for in buying a home as far as home inspection. He was very knowledgable on our options for financing.

Mark offered us advice on how to list our home and what a reasonable amount to list it for based on the surrounding market.
