Which company is the best for a VA Loan?

Best Answer

Best chance of success is to contact a real estate agent in Augusta who routinely assists Active Duty with many positive reviews.  Local Lenders in Augusta can beat the socks off of those National companies in rate, closing costs, and junk fees.  I would get you in touch with a local Lender who does not charge origination fees on VA (many automatically charge 1+ percent).  Call me to discuss. Would love to help.P.S. Thank you for serving our Country.

I am a military member and I am currently stationed in Colorado Springs.

Response

Hi Jayrob:Thank you for serving our Country. My father was retired Army of 30 years. I recently assisted a Military family also stationed in Colorado Spings to do exactly the same thing here in Augusta, Georgia.  I assisted them in choosing the land, then they picked the builder, floorplan, colors, flooring, siding, appliances, etc. They moved in to their beautiful home just before Christmas. For any meaningful advice, I'd need to gather more information on your timeframe, availability, your living situation (do you own or rent in Colorado Springs and do you have other rental property in other cities where you were previously stationed) and preferences. In general, my advice would be to find an expert Realtor in Augusta and have that agent assist you in this process, and of course, I'd be honored to help. With kind regards,Mark Mulich
