We connected, but it did not work out.
He knows his territory and provided some great search tips. He was very knowledgable about lease applications. Right off the bat he gave very helpful lease application tips and he tries to make sure his clients are well prepared. It is not that it did not work out but we ended up moving to a different area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Laguna Niguel, CA.
Mark has representated me in selling my home. I am very pleased with the high level of service and his knowledge of the complexities of the sale and transaction. He is fair and always makes sure that he returns my calls promptly, often calling me with the desired information before I call him.
If you want a hard working, honest and knowledgable person to represent you in a transaction, then I feel you would do well with Mark, I know from first hand experience.

Helped me rent a Condo home in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA.
Mark did an excellent job locating a condo for my family and I! He was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we got the best place for our money. We received email listings of several rentals in our area with price and feature comparisons and Mark was willing to take my wife to ALL of them. He assisted with the negotiation process with the owner and the listing agent and took all the guesswork out of the process for us. I would happily recommend Mark and his services to anyone looking to rent in OC!

Helped me rent a Single Family home in Mission Viejo, CA.
'Cowboy' Mark did an wonderful job finding a home in Casta Del Sol for my wife and I to rent. He was very personable and had that 'never-give-up' attitude about him. Nothing ever disturbed him or 'set-him-back' in his search for a home for us...He called and e-mailed me every day during the entire leasing procedure and always let us know that every thing would work out.....we never had the worried or hurried feeling........He is an excellent 'people-person' and always answered his cell-phone when we called.....He took extra time to make sure our garage door was 'adjusted properly' and helped us set a new 'code' for the remote..........................................Joe Reid
