Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Highland Creek, Charlotte, NC.
I meet Mark at an event and mentioned my mom's house which had already been on the market almost 6 months with another agency where I got no feedback or suggestions. He said he'd be happy to look at her place and give me his thoughts. After viewing it, he had several good suggestions which turned out to be critical in getting the home sold. He explained his marketing strategy, etc. and it was so much more than the previous realtor. I listed with him in December after my previous listing expired. Even though those first few months of the year are typically slow months, I had more traffic then the previous 6 months listing. I had one person to contact on a regular basis at his office who gave me regular feedback when the house was seen and updates on views from websites, etc. I had regular emails and marketing updates from Mark who was also readily available by phone. I appreciated that Mark and his team were constantly in contact with me and were constantly getting my mom's house shown through websearches, facebook and other media as well as buyers viewing it in person. Mark's negotiation skills are excellent. My mom's house has sold and closed and the closing process went smoothly. I've already recommended Mark to my mom's neighbor who had a similar bad realtor experience as I did with my first listing. I understand that house is now under contract!…More Less

I have worked with The Ramsey Group before, both is selling and buying a home. I am impressed with how knowledgeable and professional they are. Mark is great and I would recommend him to anyone.
