They helped us buy our first house and we HIGHLY recommend Mark and Lisa Ramsey. They were very patient with us and gave us a lot of wonderful first time buying help. We could not have done it without them. We hope to use them again when we sell our house to move our daughter into a better school.

This is the second time I've used the Ramsey Group and I'm still so impressed and pleased with their service. Mark, Lisa, and Rebecca all did an AMAZING job throughout the process. I was selling a rental property and Mark communicated so clearly every step of the way. With a very hectic schedule, Mark and his team make everything so convenient with constant email updates, electronic signing of documents, while still maintaining the personal touch with extremely prompt return of phone calls, emails, etc. Mark's enthusiasm and committment to provide excellent service is apparent in his correspondance and attention to detail. Selling real estate can be a big confusing process and along with providing me the facts, Mark would also give genuinely honest advice without being pushy. I use a real estate agent because they are the experts in the field and I always felt that Mark and his team were providing expertise and service that will keep me coming back to their team! Buying a house with The Ramsey Group was a wonderful experience. Lisa is very knowledgeable and helped us tremendously with the negotiations of our new home. Rebecca, their closing specialist, is amazing! She kept us up to date and made sure the closing was smooth with no surprises.
