      Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Las Cruces, NM.
      Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. He always called me back and kept me informed throughout the process. He shared with me the names of some local workers, electrition , plumber and such to help get the house ready to move into. I was new to Las Cruces so it made everything so much easier.       Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Las Cruces, NM.
      I cannot imagine a more efficient and effective Realtor than Mark St. Paul. In selling our forty year old house on 3/28/12, on the market from 11/11, he went way beyond what I would expect from any Realtor. After carefully watching the property daily before the sale, including the placement of security lights, he took over watering duties three times weekly when I went into the hospital and became incapacitated with bronchitis. My wife and I had moved into a retirement home and he visited us every week with an update of progress on the sale.

      The engineering inspection required by the buyer exposed a number of problems necessary for repair. Here, Mark was at his best, handling all of the problems with his own resources. Among other things, he personally removed and rebuilt a wooden gate I couldn't fix previously, raised and secured a long electrical conduit on the roof, repaired missing components of the main electrical panel, replaced a valve on the water heater, and tuck pointed a great many spaces on the exterior brick walls. Every other problem, such as sealing flashings on the roof, he solved through hiring a tradesman at a total cost to us of $50. In addition he contacted the power company to better insulate some connections. He handled every single problem himself.

      This clearly showed his extraordinary personal skills in the building trades but, more importantly, his dedication to the sellers in reducing expenses related to the sale. Until the closing, Mark and his partner, who took care of paper work, visited us weekly with updates. The entire process was most comfortable; we always felt in good hands. The final negotiations for the sale ended as we had hoped; I cannot say how satisfying this has been mainly due to Mark.

      Mark and I worked together in the University before he went into real estate and that surely assisted in accomplishing all of the above. His wide contacts in the community are far richer as a result of this former employment. His very engaging personality and easy going nature make him a captivating friend and business associate. I would never go elsewhere for reality services.

      Bought a home in 2011.
      If Mark St. Paul were a lawyer, that profession would have an unblemished reputation. In helping us find a house in Las Cruces, he was an efficient, informed, and cordial realtor. He selected properties that met our specifications and were within our price range. His relaxed manner of showing houses was one of careful consideration rather than pressured salesmanship; he pointed out assets as well as potential problems that made us feel that we were receiving an education in honest real estate assessment. Now, as happy owners of a house we truly love, we recommend Mark with high praise and without the slightest of reservations.  MoreLess
