Mark has been working with us to sell our house for a few years with an amazing patience and a very helpful and professional attitude. We had an offer but we refused since the market prices were below what we own. If we were ready to sell at market price, the house would have been sold long ago, but we choose to wait out the current fiasco and took the house off the market for the time being. Mark spares no time, efforts or knowledge to his clients and combines that with a honest and evidence-based evaluation of the market and the individual house. As a person who does his homework carefully, I find myself pleased on how Mark is aware of the issues related to the housing market and its twists and turns without pressuring us or spinning facts to maintain his rating.
