Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Muirfield Village, Dublin, OH.
Mark was very attentive and reliable and always made himself available to show us homes in the Muirfield area (which isn't close to him). His expertise and advice I found to be extremely valuable. I would highly recommend Mark Garner to anyone who is buying or selling a home in the Central Ohio area.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $200K in East Broad, Blacklick, OH.
There were many instances that the expertise of the Garner Team were implemented to ensure the sale of our home. Not only were there 67 foreclosures in the immediate area at the time we listed our home, but even more importantly... the current market value was actually below our list price. Let me just say, they had their work cut out for them. In addition, it was because of the incredible negotiation skills that we were able to sell our home for $2,000 MORE than it was listed for. It may seem unrealistic to some that we choose 5 stars in all 5 categories. However, once you have experienced the Garner Team benefits, you will never just accept any old realtor. You will expect and demand the best. I highly recommend the Garner Team.
I've worked closely with many other Realtors over the last 10 years. After working with Mark, I can whole heartedly say he's the guy you want when it's time to buy or sell your home, out of all the Realtors I've worked with Mark is the best!
Mark helped us negotiate a great price on our new home. I appreciated his attention to detail as I know he had our best interest in mind throughout the whole process. He really made the process easy and he was there to answer all of our questions every step of the way!
