Sold a home in 2010.
Every experience we have had with Mark has been a positive one. Mark is the hardest working, honest, strraightforward, and dedicated realtor that I have ever met. We do business in different parts of the country and we wish that there was a Mark Chestnut in every market that we go into. I would highly reccomend Mark to anybody searching for a Realtor.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Windy Hill, Jacksonville, FL.

Good Morning.First off I wanted to say thank you for all the help you have given us in trying to sale our house.You have been a very pleasant and good natured individual to work with.We didn't know much about selling a house and you were more than gracious to help us learn what it would take.With that being said,I regretfully must say we have decided not tto sell the house at this time.When we first put it up for sale we had a plan,but since then our circumstances have changed,and therefore,so did our game plan.I understand our contract isn't till March,so we will sign whatever documents needed stgating we will not sell the house during that time.We do plan on staying in this residence for a while.And if we do decide to sell in the future we hope that your or your agency will take us into consideration.Again Mark,thanks for all your help and your professionalism.

Showed home in 2011 in Jacksonville, FL.
He has been great! We haven't bought anything yet (not his fault) but he has been right there every time we find something that we want to look at. Very nice and professional!! He is a hard working man, works 7 days a week!!!
