Summary:

Mark was instrumental in providing a positive impact for me and my wife as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. Mark showed a strong subject matter expertise in all regards of the process. I would not purchase another house in the Saint Louis area without his involvement.

This means when I turn in your loan file to my processor I'm able to get immediate feedback, in person. When I have an approval question, I can walk into my underwriter's office and get the answer immediately. With all of our loan operations in the same place, as an independent mortgage bank, we have a distinct advantage over the competition, including large national banks and small independent brokerages.
