Mark was instrumental in providing a positive impact for me and my wife as we went through the process of purchasing our first home. Mark showed a strong subject matter expertise in all regards of the process. I would not purchase another house in the Saint Louis area without his involvement.

Very pleased with service provided by Mark Anderson. I was a first time home-buyer with lots of questions and Mark was always responsive. I believe I received a fair rate and I would recommend to future home buyers and I would definitely choose to do business again with Mark Anderson and Cornerstone.

Besides offering the lowest rate I could find, Mark made the entire refinance process simple and smooth. Mark and the entire Pulaski Bank team were very flexible and friendly from the good faith estimate to the final document being signed at closing. All fees were accurately estimated and nothing unexpected came up along the way. The only hiccup worth noting was a mix-up on closing dates, but this was minor and quickly resolved (within the same week).
I feel completely comfortable recommending Mark to any of my friends and family looking for a mortgage or refi.

I definitely recommend working with Mark on your loan. Mark and Pulaski Bank had the best overall deal that I found considering the Rate and Closing Costs. I did a VA Refi and the whole process couldn’t have been simpler. From the first contact, all the way to closing, Mark and his team were very professional and efficient. If I were in the market for a home loan, I would not hesitate calling Mark again.

Mark was a pleasure to work with! As a young first time home buyer, I had A LOT of questions. He was quick to respond to all of them and help me take the 'path of least resistance' in order to get my loan. He also was able to accomodate my busy schedule without any issues. We were able to close in about a month (maybe a little less) with no trouble at all. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience and would definitely recommend Mark to any friends/family looking for a lender.
