Mark has been great to work with so far. Very fast to respond. Most competetive rate I received. He and his team have done a great job coordinating. Like many we have received an appraisal lower than expected. He's helping work through that. That hasn't gone as quickly as I hoped, but considering I'm on a pretty tight time frame, he really seems to be pushing to move things along. Overall, I would definitely recommend him to a friend or family member looking for a mortgage or re-fi.

I am an attorney with 25+ years' experience. When Mark advertised that he could get us a very low mortgage rate, I contacted him immediately. Not only did he come through as he promised, but he also gave excellent advice about how to correct errors in our credit rating and provide accurate information so that our rating was as high as it could be, thus giving us the best possible rate. All of the paperwork was done quickly and accurately, and Mark and his team were efficient and responsive at every turn.
I thought I knew everything there was to know about real estate closings, and I was very, very favorably impressed with Mark's work. I HIGHLY recommend him!

I am both a consumer who uses Mark for my personal mortgages (I own several apartment buildings and have owned many single family homes that Mark has been my loan officer for), and also a real estate broker who closes about $8 million in volume per year on average over the last 5 years, and Mark is my go-to-mortgage consultant. He has a team in-place to ensure that myself or my clients are in good hands, he is knowledgable about products and changes in the constantly-evolving lending environment, and is willing to be a consultant -- tell me what all the options are, the pros and cons of why to consider one versus the other, and to make a smart, educated decision. I really like Mark's professionalism and would continue to do business with him both personally and recommend him to my clients!

Very pleased with service provided by Mark Anderson. I was a first time home-buyer with lots of questions and Mark was always responsive.
