Mark did a truely fantastic job. I got my dream house under my name a little over a month after I first contacted Mark Hoggard =) (And all those friendly advisors were trying to make me believe buying a house will take me forever and bla bla bla. Not true. Stress free and lots of fun when you have a right person by your side.)
Cant experess in words how grateful I am for all his help. Mark was always always there for me, all my questions answered and everything is taking care of. Have I mentioned that I totally fell in love with the very first house he showed? I did =) And though we ve checked out some more after that, we both knew where my heart belongs. Ive now lived in the house for almost 2 months and loving loving loving it =)
Thank you, Mark!
Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in Oklahoma City, OK.
Mark has been our agent for our last 3 transactions. Recently he sold our home. We were in a depressed area that had been hit pretty hard on value. He came to our home and was very specific on what needed to be done and what we should list it for. We thought we should put it on the market for less, but he insisted the numbers were there. We just followed his lead. Our home sold in 15 days vs the average of 90 in our neighborhood, and above market price. The irony is that I have been in real estate for 14 years.

My wife and I were in town for two days to look at the area and get a feel for what part of town we might want to live in. After having a bad experience with a local Realtor, we found Mark on realtor.com. He had the qualifications we was looking for (certified buyer's rep) and when I called him at 5pm on a Saturday evening, he actually answered his phone and listened to my situation. He said he would see if he could rearrange his schedule for Sunday morning (we were leaving on a 1pm flight) and call me back. Within half an hour, he called and said he would be able to show us around.
He took us to the exact kind of neighborhoods we had described to him and showed us not only the homes but described the benefits of each area and also took us around the surrounding areas to show us where we could shop and dine.
He was very patient and worked with our weird in-and-out of town schedule as we were closing up our house in Austin to make the move. He set us up on an automatic search program so I could look at available housing on-line. It didn't take looking at too many houses before we found the one that was perfect for us. He wrote the contract immediately after we decided to make an offer and had it emailed to us to sign electronically (so easy!).
With a little negotiation, he had us under contract and was instrumental in getting all of the inspections done in a timely manner. The closing went off without a hitch, which is rare in my experience.
As a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, my wife has worked with countless agents and found Mark's professionalism beyond reproach. We will be recommending him again to anyone looking for a home in Oklahoma or anywhere he may become licensed in the future; he was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Moore, OK.
Mark was wonderful to work with. I have not only worked with him on my presonal deal, but have worked with him in a professional manner on other transactions. Mark is knowledgable, intelligent, efficient, and goes the extra mile to ensure his clients feel important and cared for. I would recommend him to anyone!
Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $600K in Edmond, OK.
My wife and I first met with Mark in September 2011. He worked with us until we found our new home in February 2012. We did not know anything about the area, but Mark listened carefully to our needs, quickly understood our preferences and spent innumerable hours showing us properties. On each occasion he was on time and well prepared. We looked at homes from Moore to Edmond, and Mark was knowledgable of each area. We started our search in the historic neighborhoods near downtown OKC and methodically worked our way to the suburbs. Once inside a home, he pointed out both unique features as well as points of concern. He has good knowledge of architectural features both those of old and new homes.

When it comes to realtors in the Oklahoma City metro area, Mark is the simply the best! His professionalism, knowledge of the market, timeliness, and most importantly, his communication during my entire home buying process easily made this transaction one of the smoothest ever. I highly recommend Mark to any and all purchasing or selling homes in OKC!
