    Mark handled both the sale of our former house, and the purchase process of our new house. He is efficient and extremely knowledgable about local market conditions, and can "dial-in" the market value on property with a high degree of accuracy. The evidence of this was shown in his ability to sell our partial-rehab in Canton (Baltimore) in 42 days from going on the market to closing, and by negotiating an accurate market price on a house we subsequently purchased.     Bought a home in 2013.
    Mark is wonderful, professional, and easy to work with. If I didn't know any better I would have thought I was his only client. In this market it's imperative to act fast! We were able to see houses the day they were on the market! There were multiple bids on the house we now own. Mark steered us in the right direction to make a competitive bid that was comfortably in our limits and appealing to the buyer.     Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $425K in Towson, MD.
    We have bought and sold a home with Mark. Additionally, he handles rental of another home. He got us a good price on the purchase and sale of our home in a challenging market.     Mark was basically born into the real estate business in Baltimore. Growing up, he worked in his family's real estate business.  While studying Urban Planning in college, he earned his real estate license in 2003.  Over the years, Mark has worked with a variety of Buyers and Sellers, ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors.  Mark takes a proactive, knowledge-based approach in helping his clients with their real estate needs.

    As a Fells Point resident since 2005, and lifelong Baltimorean, he understands the different neighborhood housing stock throughout the Metro area.  He looks forward to helping his clients understand value and helping them throughout the buying and selling process.
