If you could describe Mark Wisterman with one word, that word would have to be AWSOME.
My wife and I live in San Diego, over 700 miles from Oroville, and needed a great Real Estate Broker to handle the sale of our property.
I used the internet to research the available realtors in the Oroville area. Mark had an excellent track record and great endorsements. Without ever meeting him we decided to have him represent us. We trusted him and relied on him and he never let us down. It turned out to be one of the best decisions my wife and I have made.
All of the communication was done via e-mail providing a perfect trail of the proceedings.
Mark listed our property on all of the local and national internet sites and kept it there until it sold. The pictures and description of the property were really great.
When we got a potential buyer Mark made all of the arrangements for the necessary inspections, cost estimates, and repairs, if any were needed. This property is out in the “boonies” but that did not stop Mark from visiting it and making sure things got done.
When it came time to close the sale there was a problem with a HUD reconveyance from five years back. It was challenging in as much as HUD could not figure out where they screwed up. Who did? MARK! He then got together with Mid Valley Title (I also recommend them) and they went after HUD. Very quickly the problem was cleared up.
Mark went WAY BEYOND what would normally be expected from a Realtor.

I know that it can always be a challenge when trying to manage the sale of a property from such a far distance and that the anxiety level when something starts to go sideways with the transaction is always magnified by that distance. I know that you had a multitude of area REALTORS to select from when listing the home for sale and I am thankful to you for not just choosing me to assist you in the sale, but also for something that is far more valuable to me than any words that can be written: Your loyalty to me. You see, it would have been very easy for you to have switched to another agent when the home did not sell right away, which happens a lot in this business.
