My experience working with Mark Wisterman has been very memorable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the real estate market. Mark is very knowledgable of the Oroville area, and knew exactly what locations and homes that I would be interested in. He took the time to explain the process in its entirety before I submitted my first offer and at every step thereafter. I especially appreciate that I never felt pressured or had to endure an aggressive sales pitch. Mark is very pleasant and accessible. Mark always made me feel like a priority and helped to ease the stress of being a first time homebuyer. I also enjoyed how technologically savvy Mark is. His use of technology made communicating and reviewing documents easy & convenient. I was able to review the material at my leisure- gather my thoughts, voice my concerns, or ask questions before signing on the dotted line. Mark was the key to making this a flawless transaction. Mark was great to work with. He was easy to trust because he always had my best interest in mind. He wanted me to get the best house possible, not just make money off me. He is very knowledgeable and has all of the latest technology. It was nice communicating by email and using a lot of web based programs. He was very helpful and always emailed me a list of places before we went to look at them, this way I had the specs ahead of time. He returned my phone calls and emails in a prompt manner. He also stayed on top of things regarding the other party once our deal was submitted. Thanks Mark!

My husband and I, just bought our first home thanks to Mark. I have heard horror stories of the process of buying a home and all the stress that comes with it. With Mark, the process went smooth and with little stress. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of real estate. Mark was always available when we needed. I found that in real estate you have to find someone you can trust and rely on. Trust is very important and reliability is a must when you have to get that offer in. Mark went above and beyond in all aspects of professionalism. I wouldn't recommend anyone but him. When buying a home, there are so many questions that will arise and Mark was always available to answer them. His communication with us was excellent. He guided us through a short sale with much ease and support! We will be contacting Mark again in the future when we buy our second home.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field, and in the areas that he covers. He guided us through our whole home-buying process from start to finish with the utmost professionalism and was always available around the clock to answer any questions that we had. We are so happy with our new home, and happy we chose to work with Mark.. Words can not fully express what a wonderful job Mark performed as our realtor. He was patient,caring, and made sure we fully understood the the process of home buying. He was always a phone call away and made sure he answered all of our "MANY" questions. Mark never made us feel that we were imposing on him to view homes during the search. We never felt pressured to make a quick decision, he never tried to persuade us one way or another, we truly felt that he had our best interest at heart. We truly would recommend Mark ten times over. My Wife and I were first time home buyers and at the time had no clue what it was like to buy a house. The moment we walked into the office and met with Mark we both were relaxed and also well informed about buying a Home. Mark Had all the information on houses that were in our range and helped us find the perfect home. The process to buy our home went smoothly and everything that needed to be done, Mark got done! My Husband and I moved from the Long Beach area to the Paradise area without knowing a soul up here. We referred to Mark by Realty World and we could not have made the move without someone of his expertise.
He was diligent in his duties and patient with our demands for the perfect house to call a home. When we dealt with banks on short sales he was prompt and stayed on top of the banks so they would get back to us in a timely manner.

Mark is definitely a real estate professional who gets the job done! His knowledge in the housing field is like no other. He devoted countless hours making phone calls to the right folks and ensuring paperwork was top-notch towards my wife and I getting a beautiful home. Mark was there until the finish and even stopped by a month or two later ensuring we were happy and everything was going well. I strongly recommend Mark; you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I used Mark to help us purchase a foreclosed home. He was so knowledgeable on all the steps it took to get this deal closed. He was in constant contact through the whole process. This being our second home purchase, we were dreading signing all those papers. Mark made it so easy! He emailed the documents right to us and we signed them electronically!
