Sounds like you still got a good deal. The estimates on Zillow should not be relied upon. It is always best to use a Realtor who would provide you with a market analysis and help walk you through the buying process.
I have found it difficult to do detailed searches on Zillow but I do have access to a search platform that can be customized and emailed directly to you. All I need is your search criteria, like the city, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, garage capacity, single story, basement, etc... Then I will build the search and it will email you the properties that fit your criteria and if you see something you are interested in just let me know and I will schedule a showing. Also as a buyer my services would cost you nothing since I am paid by the commission the seller pays. Good luck and contact me if you have any questions.
Sounds like a nice home but values will vary depeding on where you are located. I would be happy to do a complimentary CMA for you so you know what homes in your area are selling for. If you need any assistance or have any questions, feel free to call, text or email and I will help you any way I can.
Zillow will automatically send you these reports periodically.
If it was listed by a real estate agent the listing agent will be shown at the bottom of the page.
Short sales are a way for homeowners to avoid foreclosure on their homes and still be able to pay off their loan by settling with the lender. Here is a link to an article that explains the process. Hope this helps.http://www.ehow.com/how_8132_short-sale.html
Just be sure that the feed sending the listing has the same email address as your profile on Zillow.
It also wont show up if the property is not linked properly to your profile, they use your email so be sure your email that it is submitted under matches the one you use for your profile.
This type of information can usually be found in the local tax records.
You can edit the home's position by clicking the "Edit home location" tool found on the home details page. Hope this helps.
