Bought a home in 2012.
Marlene was a fantastic lady to work with. Prompt, willing and had absolutely wonderful communication in this crazy market. It was a joy to work with such a professional and friendly individual, what a true starring representative of the real estate world. She had gone above and beyond any expectations, with an incredibly smooth transaction in the end leaving all parties satisfied and happy. Cannot thank her enough!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in West Dundee, IL.
I cannot say enough good things about Marlene! We were first time home buyers and very naive about the process of purchasing a house. Marlene guided us every step of the way! She was always on our side and fighting for what was best for us. Our buying experience was a long one and after two short sale offers that fell through, we were pretty distraught. Marlene was always there to pick us up and get right back out there looking at houses. She was very patient and helped us find the wonderful home we are in now.
Her response time is always prompt. Whether we sent her an email at midnight or 6 AM her response was always within 5 minutes to a half hour. She has many connections (inspectors, brokers, lawyers, etc.) that helps the process run smoothly, which is especially helpful since we did not know where to start with many of those.
I would recommend Marlene to anyone, and have already given her name to many of our friends. She is very knowledgable about her profession and is always on her client's side. We had a great experience with her!

I have worked extensively with this agent over the past year. She provided services for purchasing properties, rehabbing them and reselling & renting them.As a real estate investor, I have come to realize that your success depends on the professionals that you network with. Marlene is my personal 'measuring stick' for the other realtors I deal with. Pick the adjectives or cliches that you would like the ideal agent to have- Marlene's your girl! She's diligent, hardworking, pays attention to details, goes the extra step, gives excellent perspective on different scenarios and absolutely rock-solid dependable!

Marlene was always professional, and her input on the houses and the surrounding area were very helpful. She made us feel as our search was her most important one and she was very diligent in calling us with any news/ updates. Overall, a positive first house hunt experience with Marlene.

Marlene dedicated a lot of time with us to find the right home. We looked at dozens of homes and she was very patient & helpful. She understands the market and gives you great advice. She is super talented and fun to be around. Marlene allowed us to make good decisions by helping coach us along the way. She also has great people working on her team which makes the process of buying and selling a home more pleasant. I was lucky to find Marlene and I’m happy to say we’re now great friends. You’re in good hands with Marlene….she is someone you can trust and know will work hard for you.

Sold a Condo home in 2010 in Round Lake, IL.
We used Marlene when we were purchasing an investment property. We found her to be very professional and easily accessible. She is very current with all the new changes in real estate with foreclosures and short sales and was willing to make as many phone calls as it took to make sure things were moving along and that we had the information we needed to make a sound decision. I have worked with other realtors in the past and I have to say this was the best experience I have had working with any realtor. Start to finish, she was there for us.
