That address and Zestimate is wrong!
I pointed this out last month. 939 21st Avenue EAST would be worth a Million Bucks, but 939 21st Avenue would be in the $300K range. Either the address or the Zestimate is wrong! Please double-check.
You have the wrong address!
The address is on 22nd Avenue in the Central District, not 22nd Ave.East, which would be on Capitol Hill.
That can't be right
It has a Zestimate at over $1M with an asking price of $399K. Obviously there's a mistake somewhere.

Are you sure it's 1127 18th Ave E? Maybe you mean 1127 18th Avenue. I can't imagine anything on 18th Ave. E. for sale for less than $900K
