Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in Port Lavaca, TX.Summary:
We used Marolyn recently to purchase a home in Port Lavaca, she was amazing. She exceeded my expectations in her patience and the number of contacts she has in the community. We ended up purchasing a Freddie Mac repo and she went above and beyond in the negotiations with them, it was a long and drawn out process but she continually pushed and prodded until the deal was complete. She was careful to try to keep us on track and did a good job of protecting our interests.
