Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Georgetown, TX.Summary:
Moving from California to Texas was a big decision for us. We initially signed on to several realtors' websites. When we decided to come out for a visit one realtor never got back to us and another told us to "stop by". Only Edward Lui from Mars Hill Realty went out of his way to meet us. He asked us questions, listened intently, and took notes to narrow our search. Both Edward and his brother Edwin showed us homes and took pictures inside and out so we could review them later.
Once back in California, we continued our search and any questions we had were always answered the same day. They even took additional pictures of properties for us.
We bought our dream home because of Mars Hill Realty. Our dream home was listed with Mars Hill Realty about a year previously. Edward utilized a video walk though which showed off the floorplan and many features. But the house sold quickly and we were not prepared to move. A year later we found our house by chance listed with another realtor. We recognized it only by the address as the pictures were dark and unrevealing. Edward acted upon it immediately negotiating for us a fair deal. All paperwork was handled through email. It was that easy. Since our move, Edward has been a great referral source for painters, handymen, roofers, etc. We highly recommend Mars Hills Realty for anyone in the market to purchase or sell a home whether you are local or out of state like us!…More Less

These guys did wonderful, they worked with me even while I was still deployed. They knew a lot about the area and helped me pick a good neighborhood.
