fantastic. she has kepted me updated,knows exactly what i want. at moment,waiting for my product be on market, then could buy place in madisonville. or if parents pass on soon, they are in nursing home, 89-90 yrs old. then, know for sure,move. she emails,i talked to her. very informative.not pushy. apologize for taking so long. been touch,go,pass 2 yrs.

Marsha is a true professional…
I was soo pleased and happy to work with her. I had thought about using someone I knew from before. But, after spending time with her, getting to meet her, and see her in action. Wow, the choice for me was easy. I would choose her over all of my old realtors.
She is there for you on all aspects of the deal. Advice, local knowledge; Professionalism, expertise; She really does meet up to all of her reviews.
No pressure, she tailors her style to her clients needs and then vigorously goes after them, really I am that impressed. I’ve worked with other realtors before and she is just soo committed and driven to make the deal work that at times I wondered who wanted the deal more, me or her?
You won’t go wrong by picking Marsha to handle all aspects of your real estate transactions.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Covington, LA.
I wanted to take the time to recommend Marsha Brown to anyone needing a residential real estate agent on the North Shore. My name is Craig Bialy and I had the pleasure of working with Marsha when I bought a house in Covington, Louisiana this past December. I had always wanted to find a new home on the North Shore after living in New Orleans for some fifteen plus years. I had gone through several real estate agents prior to Marsha and it just did not work. A neighbor of mine had an association of sorts to Marsha and I decided to call her. I called her on a Sunday afternoon and Marsha and I spoke for the first time that evening. I knew from our first conversation that it was going to work out. Marsha was very easy to talk to, and there was a connection, and I felt very comfortable speaking with her. Marsha listened to my needs and she came up with sever scenarios that could possibly work for me. I did not feel that she was pushing anything or imposing her values on me, and I greatly appreciate this. We worked together for several months and I eventually purchased my new home with her assistance. I found her professional on all levels and very accessible. She answered my questions and if she did not have the answers she found them for me. She was instrumental in finding a financial institution that was able to work with me in a timely manner.
I cannot say enough about Marsha. She is a true professional and she goes above and beyond. I greatly appreciate what she did for me!

Bought a home in 2011.
Marsha Brown is an excellent real estate salesperson with exceptional knowledge in her field. Mrs. Brown helped me realize my dream of becoming a homeowner within a reasonable amount of time. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Mandeville, LA.
Extremly knowledgeble, always available, put herself in the shoe of the buyer(s), to find the best home that would suit their (his/her) particular needs, completely honest and completly trustful.
We went out with Marsha to see the houses within our price range. She understood what we were looking for, what was important to us. We left the town, but Marsha kept looking. Soon she found a house for us. And guess what? We bought the house without even seeing it. We trusted Marsha's judgement. She was right. This is the perfect house for us. We love it and enjoy living here. What more we could say?Marsha is the best agent we ever met and we highly recommend her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 in Abita Springs, LA.
I was given Marsha's name by the agent who sold my flood damaged home in New Orleans and knew I was looking to move to the Northshore. Calling Marsha was the best thing I could have done. Although she was willing to show us anything we wanted to see, her knowledge and advice led us to the house we've always wanted. There was not a time that I did not feel fully confident and safe in Marsha's hands. After the uncertainty of Katrina, it was a wonderful feeling to be able to rely on the professionalism and compassion she showed to us. I feel she is more than our agent. She has become a dear friend.

Sold a Single Family home in 2008 in Covington, LA.
Who is Marsha Brown? immediately upon signing with Marsha, she took charge and advised us as to how to best show our home. We took her advice and within a few weeks had 2 offers. A unique situation then occurred when Gustav severely damaged part of our home which was under contract! This was a real test of Marsha's ability to work many different aspects and with many different people. Against all of these odds, she was able to bring all to a successful completion of the Act of Sale. Marsha listens, she advises, is always accessible and goes well beyond the extra mile.
So, who is Marsha Brown? She is the only real estate professional you will ever need and we are very happy to offer this recommendation.
I contacted Marsha after reading other reviews and she was wonderful right from the beginning. Her communication was great and she always answered my questions quickly... and I had a lot of questions! On our first visit, Marsha took the time to really introduce us to the entire area and help us get a feel for where we wanted to live and what sort of house we liked. Not having ever been to the area before, this was invaluable and really helped us find the community we felt at home in.
For our second visit, we had very limited time to see homes and possibly place an offer on a house. Marsha organized everything perfectly and we were able to see the houses we were interested in, make an offer, have it accepted and attend the house inspection in just 3 days. It was a big relief to have it all go so smoothly. Even our closing went without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Marsha really helped us find our dream home and we can't thank her enough. Her experience, knowledge and attention to detail helped ensure that our home buying experience was as stress free as possible. We highly recommend Marsha and would definitely use her again... that is if we could ever want to leave this wonderful house we now call home :)
