Helped me rent a Condo home in South Boston, Boston, MA.
I originally met Marta when she helped my roommates and myself find a rental apartment last summer. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and really understood what we are looking for and now we have a great apart,ent! Now, I'm planning on selling a small condo I own and I immediately contacted Marta to be the listing agent. Already she's been helping me with my new listing (I've never sold before!) and I feel very comfortable and confident working with her! After a summer spent working through a variety of landlords and agents- some capable, some not- my roommate and I were very fortunate to meet Marta and to have her help in finding an apartment. We found her to be very open about her understanding of both the rental market and the specific properties we looked at. he was willing to work around our schedules to get us into the listings we wanted to investigate and was quick to respond to our questions by both phone and e-mail. Her advice on when and how we should negotiate with our landlord on issues such as parking was invaluable and her follow-up once the lease was signed was very much appreciated.
Marta's knowledge of the rental market, openness in communication, and thoroughness at each step of the rental process really stood out to us in our apartment search. I also felt that her work ethic was the strongest among the many agents that we encountered in our apartment search. I would recommend her to anyone searching for a home or apartment in the Boston area.

Marta went above and beyond to find my roommates and I an apartment in south Boston. She was proactive, patient, and always upbeat in our three month search for a new place. I have lived in 4 apartments in the last three years in Boston and Marta far exceeded her predecessors in all the above listed categories. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.
