Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $525K in Beach Haven, Jacksonville, FL.
I really am hesitant to review people or services. But in Martha's case I am happy to
write this review. My wife and I had relocated to Jacksonville from Texas. We wanted to purchase a home and not rent forever, but we knew none of the neighborhoods of this area. Martha had contacted us and offered to help, and help she really did. She patiently took us through every home in every area we wanted to see, and committed to a long term process with us to find the perfect home in the perfect area for us. She was alway honest, helpful, knowledgable, about areas builders, she helped us find a better loan rate. She always got right back to us when we had a question, or concern. She is absolutely THE BEST realtor one could find and do business with. I would never, ever, ever, even consider another realtor to buy, sell or reccommend. And I am sure anyone who ever worked with her would feel the same way.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in The Cape, Jacksonville, FL.
Martha is a really thorough and attentive realtor. My husband and I had to rely on her for updates on the construction of our home since we were in another state. She kept us updated and dropped by the property to take pictures of the progress and sent them to us. She was very responsive whenever we called, and she constantly kept in contact with us to keep the lines of communication open. I can honestly say, this is one of the best realtors I've worked with. Martha Gardner provided outstanding service for my wife and I which made our relocation from Virginia to Florida a smooth transition. She is very respectable, knowledgable, dependable and kept us informed and up-to-date in every aspect of having our house built. She attended every major evolution of the building process that my wife and I could not attend due to our military training and commitments. Her dedication to her profession and outstanding service she provides to her customers can not be overstated!
