Martha is a really thorough and attentive realtor. My husband and I had to rely on her for updates on the construction of our home since we were in another state. She kept us updated and dropped by the property to take pictures of the progress and sent them to us. She was very responsive whenever we called, and she constantly kept in contact with us to keep the lines of communication open. I can honestly say, this is one of the best realtors I've worked with. You will not be disappointed with her.

I'm extremely blessed to have Martha as a realtor. What I love the most about Martha is that she took her time with me and did not rush me into buying something I wasn't sure about. She was very patient and honest with me and that's exactly what I needed. Martha helped me find my first home, she carefully went line by line of explaining what I needed to do to find that perfect home. She also helped me stay within my budget and made sure I did not exceed from it. Martha made my first home experience easy and less stressful. I'm so grateful to have her as a realtor, she is by far the best and I would highly recommend her because she is great!!!!

My wife and I work with Martha for a little over one year looking for our dream retirement house. We met her through a website as we inquired about a property we were interested in at the time. At the conclusion of our first meeting, my wife and I were concerned that Martha may not be the person to represent us. She was professional and courteous but also very opinionated and appeared to ignore our comments. We were wrong…. Martha spent a lot of time describing the process and what we were to expect which turned out to be very important. Initially, we thought that we would go out, look at a bunch of houses and pick one. Why would it be more difficult than that? As it turned out, it was all about the process. We had very specific wants and were not willing to compromise and this took patience, both on our part and on Martha’s. Martha was willing to spend a lot of time with us making sure we were not wasting our time and carefully selecting houses that would meet our criteria. We were not the easiest of clients. The more houses we looked at, the more we would fine tune our want list. So basically, we changed our minds as we went. By the way, this was one of the process points that Martha warned us about at the beginning. Long story shorten, we did found the house of our dreams and are loving life. We were so happy with Martha that we asked her to sell the old house which she did in less than 3 months. This was amazing given the market at the time and the price we were asking. Whether you are buying or selling a house, I would highly recommend working with Martha.

Martha is very nice person to work with, she helped us find the home we like and she went out of her way to show us more homes than we asked, she was right on target based on the home, price range and location. Martha really knows her way around the locations and neighborhoods. We highly recommend Martha, you will be very happy to know her NOT only as an agent but as a person too.
