Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Litchfield Park, AZ.
Martin was the best! He is very organized, very informative, he's is wonderful at guiding you through the home buying process! He helped us find the perfect house and whenever we had a question or any concerns he was always available to help. He helped us through many of the bumps in the roads and was a great advocate. Offers great advice and is really honest. I would highly recommend Martin.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Waddell, AZ.
Martin was a pleasure to work with! We were originally going to buy a re-sale home because we never thought we could afford a newly built home. Martin was able to search our desired area and found not one, but three new build home developments that fit our budget perfectly!! We moved into our new home almost a month ago and couldn't be happier. We will definitely be recommending his services, and if we ever need to buy another home he will be our first call.

I was led to Martin Spilo by a friend in the church, who spoke highly of him. I was impressed by his immediate ability to communicate. I easily shared with him the important facets for me finding a new home. He was readily available to show me properties and in the market we were working with this was imperative. He is black and white in his approach ..and let me come to my own conclusions without coercion. We had some ups and downs , but Martin was always my advocate.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $350K in New River, AZ.
Our home in Gilbert was under contract within 3 days of listing it with Martin. We then found our dream home in New River and Martin was very helpful and attentive through that purchase. Within in a month's time we closed escrow on our Gilbert home and had moved into our New River home. Through the whole process, Martin was communicative and helpful and always available. My husband and I will gladly recommend him to any one looking to buy or sell their home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $100K in NTNA - Indian Bend, Tempe, AZ.
Martin was diligent, professional, attentive and skillful in helping us to find a rental property for our daughter to live in while she attends school at ASU. The market was difficult, out timeline was short, and our expectations were high as Martin patiently guided us through the maze of choices and negotiation. I think we placed offers on 4 or 5 homes before we finally got the house. A year later and a lot of sweat equity and the house looks great – appreciating as much as 65%.

Martin is down to earth and realistic about the whole process. He never played on our emotions and made sure we were aware of what was to come. As first time homebuyers, we never felt lost or taken advantage of. He did a great job working with us to find the right house to make a home. Bought a home in 2011.
My girl friend and I both had a very positive exsperience with Martin.
He was prompt positive and willing to give his personal opinion when we had tough decisions to make. Our time with him was short beings we found are home with a new builder but he came for the sighning of papers and walked us through so we understood what we were sighning. He also still takes our calls for questions about our home and the warranties on it! I'm so glad that Martin was referred to us from a friend and I hope that this letter will help you.
