I am a resident of Maitland, FL and I do not try to be an expert in all lending areas, but I am an expert in residential lending products for excellent credit (20 years). The process is smooth, accurate and exceeds expectations. We do not charge for credit reports, processing and other miscellaneous JUNK FEES. Any fees imposed are charged and collected by the Lender alone.  I quote rates with clear, concise information and will always answer any question or concern you might have with your home or loan. If you ever speak to a friend or referring party about me, they will tell you this about me: "I will always tell you the truth for better or worse".
