cynicwil,In upper left corner move your mouse over My Zillow.  You should see an option to access "Saved Searches". Once you get there, you can delete or rename a saved search.  Unfortunately for now we do not allow changing parameters on existing saved search, so you can delete existing one and create a new search if you want.

When a property is listed than everything but the listing provided pictures are hidden in the archive by design.  We want to ensure that we represent the listing accurately as provided by the source.If you were to add these pictures to Houspad (who then lists it in MLS) we would show them all by default as part of the listing.

escapeartists,Your photos do show up on the property, however they are separated from the photos that came with the listing from CTMLS.  You can view your images when you click on the image and in the pop up lightbox select 'archive' from the drop down option.When we accept listings from MLS or broker sources, we assume that the marketing on the property is done by the listing agent and put all other images that we have into 'archive'.  Since we keep the history of the home, we want to separate images that might be few years old etc from the images that the listing agent is marketing the property.

Eagleroost,When you log into Zillow go to your "My Zillow" profile and click on "Subscriptions" tab.  It will show the saved search areas that you are subscribed to.  You can unsubscribe there.

SHM2,Sorry about your trouble.  I have removed your listing from Zillow, but I would advise that you ask your realtor to remove it from Visual Tour which distributes this listing to various sites.  This will ensure that your home is not listed on other real estate websites.http://www.visualtour.com/applets/flashviewer2/viewer.asp?t=2232754&sk=30

Sunnyview is right. Construction Quality is a data field we receive from the assessor offices in some counties.  We do not create it, it is a score assigned by your county assessor.  You can see this if you go to your local assessor website and look up your property.

Pasadenan,Actually, this number has been growing because we continue to expand our assessor public data coverage in various areas of the US where we were still missing it.In the past month we have added over 45 new counties like Henry county, Alabama, Gannin, Georgia, Hardin county, Kentucky, Morrison County Minnesota and others in Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Idaho etc.
