4cet, we have a known issue with sqft information that was introduced to the site recently that resulted in the situation you described (sqft dropping). We hope to have this issue resolved within a week.

wbock1,There is a known issue we had with our sqft data that resulted in the site showing 1sqft for some homes. We have already corrected most of it and we plan to fix the rest this coming week.

akashgaiki and debbaroo,We have a known issue with our sqft data in some areas that we are in process of correcting as an error was introduced in our data feed. Please check back on Friday and see if it's back to normal.

As I mentioned above - For all of you that have noticed your sqft number dropping recently on Zillow reported home attributes - we should have things back to normal soon. We had an error that snuck its way into our data feed processing. The SQFT number should be back to original values as soon as Friday this week. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Bob,The issue you describe is similar to most of the sqft threads in Home Facts discussions. We had an issue with our vendor data that caused our sqft numbers to incorrectly show on the site for the past week or so. We have fixed it today and it looks like your property is again showing the correct SQFT numbers as you describe above.Sorry for the inconvenience!

sgmillard,We had a known issue with our sqft numbers over the past week due to a problem in our data feed. It should be fixed by now, so if you see my reply feel free to check if your sqft information is correct now. Martin

Hello everyone,Those of you that noticed that your SQFT was reduced recently, I would like to update you that we have fixed the issue and sqft information should show total sqft numbers as reported to us by our vendors.I tried a few addresses reported in this thread and it looks like the numbers are correct.Thanks for you patience!Martin

alana_z,As JeAr states we are working on addressing this problem. I can already tell you that one of these is a duplicate and will be removed from the site in a very near future along with other similar situations across the US.

Angela,Thanks for bringing this up to our attention. We are aware of the issue and are working on resolving this in the very near future. We have inadvertently mismatched some geocode records within your county during our last update.

Jobeck -We have corrected our geocode issues in Pinella, County tonight. We had an issue with one of our geocode providers that we now corrected. Sorry for the invonvenience.
