I've been a full time realtor since 1995. I'm proud of the fact that for several years, I have been the top producing agent in the Coldwell Banker Hearthside network, which represents 14 offices and over 400 agents. In 2010, I was the top producing Coldwell Banker realtor in Pennsylvania. I am fanatically responsive by both phone and e-mail, generally responding to contacts within minutes. Working with me, buyers and sellers get the benefit of both my years of experience, and my commitment to honesty and integrity. I simply and sincerely love interacting with people. I have lived in Bucks County for over 30 years, so I am extremely knowledgeable about the area. I have many contacts that both buyers and sellers find very helpful.
I work with high-end sellers and buyers on a regular basis. I have been the leading Coldwell Banker Previews sales associate for the past several years; the Previews program is the company''''s luxury home division. I equally enjoy working with first-time home buyers.
I specialize in assisting buyers and sellers in Newtown, Yardley, Upper Makefield, Buckingham, Solebury, Richboro, New Hope, Doylestown and Langhorne in Pennsylvania. In the New Jersey markets, I specialize in Princeton, Hopewell, Pennington, and Lawrenceville.
I have also authored the book, Buying or Selling Real Estate in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, a practical guide to the process of buying and selling real estate in Bucks County. It is available on my websites, as well as on Amazon.com.
I enjoy playing basketball in my spare time. I played tennis in college, and in the past I''''ve been a competitive tennis player. If I really have free time, I have been known to play golf. I love music, and am currently taking guitar lessons, trying to fulfill a long-standing dream of learning to play. I very much enjoy the variety of volunteer organizations of which I am a part, including Home Front and the Trenton Public Education Foundation. I believe that it is essential to give back to the community, so that all may some day share in the American dream.
I live in Yardley with my wife Jane, and our American Eskimo dog, Quincy. We have three grown kids, Rachel, Lauren and Michael. Jane and I love to travel, especially to Europe and Italy, in particular.
